Terms of use

Last updated 14 September 2026. These terms apply to every visit to Cards.pad and to every transaction prepared through it.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Cards.pad website and of every link, form and transaction request it prepares (together “Cards.pad” or “the site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The law that governs them is described in section 12; the operator of Cards.pad is reached as described in section 13.

2. What Cards.pad is

Cards.pad is a user interface to third-party smart contracts that it does not own, operate or control: the Pons v2 launchpad contracts on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), the Uniswap v4 contracts they use, and the Robinhood Chain network itself. The site prepares transaction requests from your input, shows you what they contain, and hands them to your own wallet software (MetaMask) to sign. Cards.pad cannot sign, send, reverse, pause or modify any transaction, and cannot change what the contracts do.

The Pons contracts, their fees and their behaviour are documented by Pons at https://docs.ponsfamily.com/ and verifiable on Blockscout. Cards.pad adds a card catalogue, a launch form that binds a coin's name, symbol, description and website link to a catalogued card, a listing of the coins launched this way, and the fee-splitting contract described in section 5.

3. No custody

Cards.pad never holds, receives, forwards or has access to your funds, tokens or private keys. Every transaction is signed in your wallet and sent by your wallet directly to the network. Cards.pad has no accounts, no balances and no ability to recover a wallet, a transaction or a token.

4. Coins are not cards

A coin launched through Cards.pad is paired to one catalogued trading card for identity and price reference only. The coin is not the card, does not represent ownership of the card or of any claim on it, cannot be exchanged for the card, and gives no right to receive the card or its value. No card is held, bought or sold by Cards.pad or by any contract it uses.

Nothing keeps a coin's price near the card's price. The site shows the card's market price and the coin's market cap side by side, with the difference labelled drift, purely as information.

Coins launched through the site are not investments, securities, deposits, e-money or payment instruments, and Cards.pad makes no statement about their value, liquidity or future. Cards.pad does not give financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Fees

  • The launch fee and every trading fee are set and collected by the Pons contracts, not by Cards.pad. The launch fee is paid to Pons. The values in force are read from the contracts when you sign and shown on the form; the fee table explains them.
  • Cards.pad takes a share of the creator fees of a coin launched through the site: 10 percent of the creator fees at the time of writing (the creator share of the base fee plus the creator tax, as paid by the Pons contracts), with the remaining 90 percent going to you. The share is taken on chain by a splitter contract that the launch form sets as the coin's creator fee recipient. The launch is therefore two transactions in your wallet: the first creates the splitter for your wallet, the second is the Pons launch with the splitter as recipient. The percentage is written into the splitter when it is created, is shown on the form before you sign, and is fixed for that coin: neither you nor Cards.pad can change it or move that coin's fees to another address afterwards. Cards.pad may set a different percentage for coins launched later; the how it works page describes the splitter in full.
  • The creator rights that Pons attaches to the fee recipient (sweeping fees, switching buybacks, releasing a buyback vest) remain exercisable by you through the splitter. Claiming the split is open to anyone and always pays the same two parties in the same proportion.
  • Network gas is paid by you to the network. Cards.pad receives no part of it.

6. Risks you accept

  • Smart contracts can contain errors. The Pons v2 contracts are documented as unaudited or under review at the time of writing. A transaction that succeeds cannot be undone.
  • Coins on a bonding curve are highly volatile and can lose their entire value. Most launches on Pons never graduate.
  • The network, the public RPC endpoints and the market data sources can be slow, stale or unavailable. Prices and progress shown on the site can lag the chain.
  • A launch cannot be made exclusive on chain: anyone can pair another coin to the same card, through this site or by calling the contracts directly.
  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security, and for checking every transaction in your wallet before you sign it.

7. Publishers and card images

Cards.pad is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, any card database or any card marketplace. Game names, card names, set names and logos identify the card a coin is paired to and belong to their respective owners; a per-game statement appears on every card page. Card scans are shown untouched, as supplied by the public databases named on the card page. Cards.pad supplies only its own generated coin image (card name, set and number in its own frame, no publisher art) as the on-chain image of a coin launched through the site, and the launch form accepts no other image.

8. Takedown process

If you hold rights in a card image, a name or another item shown on this site and want it removed, write to runnexadam2545@gmail.com with the page address and a short description of your rights. The item is hidden from the site as soon as the request is received and verified, usually within a few days. Note that the on-chain data of a coin (its name, symbol, description, website link and image link) is written by the launcher into contracts that Cards.pad does not control and cannot be changed or removed by Cards.pad; only what the site displays can be.

9. Your responsibilities

  • You are of legal age and legally able to use crypto assets where you live. Using the site from a place where this is not allowed is not permitted.
  • You do not use the site to launch coins whose name, symbol, description or image is unlawful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others, and you are responsible for what you write into a launch.
  • You do not attack, overload, scrape or automate the site or its data routes beyond normal use.
  • You comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax and financial rules.

10. Availability and changes

The site is provided as is, without any promise of availability. Cards.pad may change, suspend or stop the site, the catalogue, the listing or any feature at any time. Coins already launched keep existing on chain regardless of the site. Cards.pad may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the changed terms.

11. Liability

The site is an interface to contracts, networks, wallets and data sources that Cards.pad does not control (section 2). To the extent the law that applies allows it, Cards.pad is not liable for their behaviour, for losses from price movements, for data that is late, stale or missing, or for transactions you signed. Liability that the law that applies to you does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where that law so provides, remains unaffected.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established; the operator's details are given on request at the contact address in section 13. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the rest remains in force.

13. Contact

The operator of Cards.pad is reached by email at runnexadam2545@gmail.com. There is no contact form on this site. Takedown requests under section 8, legal notices, requests for the operator's provider identification and questions about these terms all go to that address, which is also the contact named in the privacy notice. Requests for a card that is not in the catalogue go through the request page, not by email.
